![]() ![]() ![]() In order for a scanner to work at all with a Mac, it has to have a macOS driver. As a Mac owner myself, I'm keenly aware that it's still largely a Windows world out there. In the scan software options/preferences look for adjustments like DPI and boost it to at least 600, maybe 1200. In that software you can maximise the scanning quality. So minimal, I find it’s at the risk of (still) not having features many have learned to rely on with previous photo managers. It replaced iPhotos which was then discontinued. ![]() Photos for macOS is a photo managing and editing application that comes free and pre-installed with every Mac operating system since OS X Yosemite in version 10.10.3 (April 8, 2015). ![]()
